The type of goods, the estimated tonnage or volume, the customs status and the expected length of stay. If you want steel products, the grade, dimension and quantity are enough; without these four, a price would not be binding.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00. Messages sent outside these hours are answered on the next working day; for scheduled shipments, work outside hours is arranged by agreeing in advance.
Yes; because the warehouse is under customs supervision, entry is recorded and subject to permission. If you let us know in advance we will arrange your visit for a time when operations are not busy.

You can; we handle correspondence in Turkish, English, Arabic and German with the same seriousness. You receive the reply in whichever language you wrote in.
We do not send a general price list; because steel is priced daily and the storage charge varies with the cargo, a list would be misleading. In response to a concrete enquiry we send that day's price item by item.
