Transhipment, buffering and re-export from the bonded warehouse for cargo routed to the Middle East without entering free circulation in Türkiye.
In transit trade the goods are not imported into Türkiye; they merely pass through, or wait for a while before being routed on to another country. Dörtyol's proximity to the Syrian and Iraqi land gates makes our warehouse a natural buffer and transhipment point for such cargo.

No; the goods are not imported into Türkiye. They only pass through, or wait for a period and are then directed to another country. No import duty arises in Türkiye.
When the customs or financing process in the destination country is not complete, when a large consignment is to be split among several buyers, and when cargo arriving by sea is to be transferred to road transport. In all three the cargo waits in the warehouse and continues once the process is complete.
Because of its proximity to the Syrian and Iraqi land border gates. That proximity makes our warehouse a natural waiting and transhipment point for cargo directed to the Middle East.
There is no time limit on staying under the warehousing procedure. If the process in the destination country drags on, the cargo continues to wait; only when a declaration is registered for another customs procedure does the 30-day period start to run.
We can; container unloading, sorting and loading onto a road vehicle are all done at the same facility. Weighing and counting reports are drawn up during the transfer.
It is; the consignment can be split by buyer or by shipment and despatched separately. Each part is tracked as a separate item in the stock record and the balance can be seen at any moment.
Mainly towards Syria and Iraq; it is also used for cargo going to the Gulf states and Europe. That is why correspondence in Arabic, English and German is part of our standard service.
We prepare the documents on the warehouse side: weighing, counting and measurement reports and the stock statement. The customs declaration and country-specific commercial paperwork remain the responsibility of your customs broker.
Tell us the country of departure, the destination and the estimated tonnage, and we will come back the same day on the transit process and cost.
