This privacy policy explains what data is collected when you visit the website at kralantrepo.com, why it is processed and how long it is kept. The data controller is Kral Antrepo ve Metal Ticaret (Özerli Mahallesi, Alparslan Türkeş Bulvarı No:322/1, Dörtyol / Hatay).

The site has no membership system, online payment or shopping basket. The only personal data collected is what you yourself submit through the contact form.

Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, company (optional), e-mail, telephone, subject and message text.
  • Analytics data: only if you have given cookie consent — pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city). The IP address is anonymised.
  • Server logs: access logs kept by the hosting provider for security purposes.

Contact form data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of Turkish Law No. 6698 (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest); under the GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
