Questions About This Page

Do you carry out all the services yourselves?

Yes; all seven service headings are run by the same team at the same facility, and none is subcontracted. You work with a single point of contact from the moment the goods enter the warehouse until they leave.

Can I take only the storage service?

You can; the services are not sold as a package. You can take storage only, handling only or transhipment only. We do not recommend a service you do not need.

Why do you not publish prices on the site?

Because steel is priced daily and the storage charge varies with the type, tonnage and length of stay of the cargo. Publishing a non-binding figure would be misleading; tell us about your cargo and we will share that day's price item by item.

I do not know which service I should start with — what should I do?

Just describe your cargo and your objective; we will tell you which service will do the job. Once the type of goods, the estimated tonnage, the customs status and the destination are established, the rest of the choice is a technical matter.

What is needed for entry into the warehouse?

The goods must arrive with a warehouse declaration, and customs must give permission. We run the process together with your customs broker and keep the information and documents on the warehouse side ready.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00. If a scheduled shipment needs work outside these hours, we arrange it by agreeing in advance.

How far in advance should I notify my shipment plan?

As early as possible; customs clearance and vehicle planning run at the same time. Early notice reduces the chance of running into an unexpected missing document on the day of despatch.

What steps come before signing a contract?

First we discuss your cargo and your needs, then we produce an itemised price, then we share our documents. At that stage you can also visit the facility in person if you wish.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe your cargo and your objective, and we will tell you which service will do the job. We do not recommend a service you do not need.
