Warehousing declarations, change of procedure, partial withdrawals and deadline management — an operations team that works with your broker.
Customs brokerage is a separate, licensed profession; your broker draws up the declaration. Our role is to keep the warehouse-side information and paperwork in a form that makes your broker's work easier, and to track the dates in the process.

No; customs brokerage is a separate licensed profession and your broker files the declaration. Our role is to keep the information and documents on the warehouse side ready in a form that makes your broker's job easier, and to track the dates in the process.
We can put you in touch with brokers we work with, but the choice is yours. The brokerage contract is formed directly between you and them; we do not come between you.
We prepare the entry information for the warehouse declaration, draw up the weighing, counting and measurement reports, and produce the balance reconciliation for procedure changes and partial withdrawals. We also track the periods that run after a declaration is registered and give timely reminders.
It is moving the goods from the warehousing procedure to another customs procedure; the most common form is a move to the import procedure. Your broker carries out the formalities, and we provide the balance and document reconciliation on the warehouse side.
We track the deadlines on the warehouse side. For critical dates such as the 30-day period that runs after a declaration is registered, we send reminders to both you and your broker.
We will; we review the paperwork on the warehouse side before the process starts. We would rather a missing report or a quantity that does not add up were noticed at the outset than on the day of despatch.
Turkish, English, Arabic and German. There is no language barrier in correspondence with a buyer or seller abroad.
Preparing the information and documents on the warehouse side is part of the service we provide; if there are separately invoiced items, they are shown line by line in the quotation. We break the price down from the outset so that no surprise item appears.
We work alongside your customs broker. Describe your file and we will set out in writing what is needed at each step.
