Steel coil stacks in the warehouse with a vehicle loading behind

Our Vision and Mission

What will this company have become in ten years, and what are we doing today to get there? Our vision and mission are the answers to those two questions.

In most companies the vision and mission end up framed on a wall and forgotten. For us they answer a question: what will this company have become in ten years, and what are we doing today to get there?

Our vision

To be a company whose service standard in bonded warehousing and steel trading is set by the quality of the work rather than by price. A customer should choose us not because we are the cheapest but because they know their goods will be accounted for correctly.

Regionally we aim to be a reference operator in the Gulf of İskenderun, and in our sector a reference in iron and steel logistics.

Our mission

To reduce the uncertainty a customer faces in customs and storage. From the outside, warehousing looks like "put the goods down and wait"; in reality it is layers of regulation, deadlines, declarations and liability. Our job is to manage those layers on the customer's behalf and to keep every step legible.

  • Keeping the stock record equal to reality at all times
  • Flagging deadline and compliance risks to the customer in good time
  • Clear, itemised pricing
  • The same standard of service in Turkish, English, Arabic and German

Questions About This Page

What do you base your service standard on?

On the quality of the work, not on price. We want a customer's reason for choosing us to be that they know their goods will be accounted for correctly — not that we are the cheapest.

Is there a measurable equivalent of your mission?

Yes: stock accuracy. The difference between the quantity found in a count and the quantity in the records must be zero. Beyond that we undertake to report deadline and regulatory risks in good time and to quote itemised prices.

Which languages do you serve foreign customers in?

Turkish, English, Arabic and German. All four are handled with the same seriousness; correspondence and document flow proceed in the customer's language.

Why is "being the cheapest" not your goal?

Because in warehousing, cheapness is usually paid for in record-keeping and in storage conditions. A steel coil that rusts from moisture, or a consignment with no records kept, takes back the storage saving in one go; we look for the difference in doing the work properly, not there.

How does your pricing work?

Itemised. Storage, handling and any additional operations are shown on separate lines, so you see what each piece of work costs instead of a single total with nothing behind it.

How do you report deadline and regulatory risks?

In writing, before the deadlines fall due. We track the periods that start running after a declaration is registered and, as a critical date approaches, remind both you and your customs broker.

Where do you aim to be in ten years?

Regionally on the Gulf of İskenderun, and in our sector a business cited as a reference in iron and steel logistics. The measure is not turnover but the same customer leaving their second and third consignment with us as well.

Does your vision statement just stay on the wall?

To stop that happening we tied every item in it to measurable work: stock accuracy, deadline notification, itemised pricing and service in four languages. All of these are checkable items with a daily operational equivalent.

Looking for a warehouse that keeps the books right?

Stock accuracy, deadline tracking and itemised pricing are not advertising lines for us but the definition of the job. Let's talk about your cargo.
