Palletised, racked and floor storage across 1,400 m² of covered space, with humidity, temperature and fire-safety control for steel and general cargo.
Storage is the visible face of warehousing: where goods go, how they are laid and under what conditions. With steel that decision affects value directly — a badly stacked coil may have to be sold at a discount within months.
The most common damage to steel is surface corrosion, and it almost always comes from condensation: cold metal meeting warm, humid air collects water on its surface. Coil and galvanised material are therefore kept off the floor in areas with air circulation.
Prepainted sheet needs separate care: the polyester layer scratches under friction, so interleaving separators are used. For long products, stack height and the spacing of supports underneath are limited so that bundles do not sag.

Racking, pallet or floor stacking, depending on the product. Palletised, racked and floor storage is provided across 1,400 m² of covered space; heavy items such as steel coil go into floor stacks, while boxed and palletisable loads are handled on racks.
So that it is protected from moisture and with the risk of toppling taken into account. For steel coil and galvanised material surface protection is the basis, and stacking height is limited according to the type of product.
Yes; pre-painted sheet is stacked so as to be protected from friction and impact. Because a scratch on the surface directly reduces saleability, separation and the use of interlayers are handled more carefully for this product.
We do; we set no minimum tonnage. It is enough to tell us the type and estimated volume of the cargo — we work out the appropriate form of storage and the charge accordingly.
By the type of cargo, the area it occupies or its tonnage, and the length of stay. We do not publish a figure on the site because a price given without these three variables would not be binding; tell us about your cargo and we will itemise it.
We do; items unaffected by weather, such as pipe, sections and coil, can be held in the open yard. We decide together, by product type, which items need to go into covered space.
From the stock record; inbound, outbound and remaining quantities are kept for every item in the warehouse and can be viewed online. On request we also share a photographic condition report.
Yes; for consignments held for a long time the condition of the packaging and the surface is reviewed regularly. If any sign of moisture or packaging deterioration appears, we let you know before the period is up.
We choose racking, pallet or floor stacking according to the type of product. Describe your cargo and we will suggest the right form of storage.
