Flat Steel Products — Coil and Sheet

Grades DX51D, DX52D, DX53D and DX54D. Thickness 0.30–3.00 mm, width 600–1,500 mm and zinc coating in the Z100–Z275 g/m² range; standard EN 10346.

CRC is cold-rolled and HRC is hot-rolled sheet. CRC is thinner (0.30–3.00 mm) with a smooth surface and is used in deep-drawing work; HRC is thicker (1.50–15.00 mm) and is the input for structural work and for section and pipe production.

Pre-painted sheet is produced with 15–25 µm of polyester paint over a galvanised substrate (Z100–Z225); standard EN 10169. The colour is chosen from the RAL chart.

Profiles TR27, TR35 and TR40. Thickness 0.40–1.00 mm; it can be produced from galvanised or pre-painted sheet, in single skin or double skin with insulation.

Yes; trapezoidal sheet is cut to the project. Tell us your roof or façade dimensions and we will plan the cutting lengths accordingly.

It is stacked so as to be protected from moisture and with the risk of toppling taken into account. On galvanised and painted surfaces, interlayers are also used against friction and impact.

The surface describes the state of the sheet after rolling. HRC comes black or pickled, CRC oiled or unoiled, and galvanised with normal or minimum spangle; we decide together which suits your work.

Below 3 mm, CRC or galvanised is suitable; above it, HRC. If a coating is needed, galvanised; if a coloured surface is needed, pre-painted sheet; if formed roof cladding is needed, trapezoidal sheet.
